Your legs should be, at the least, feeling a bit fatigued this morning.  We are switching to work on those delts, along with forearms and traps.  Some people don’t dedicate a whole day to shoulders, but they are one of the premier muscles because good shoulders make your whole physique look better.  Not only can they make you wider and give the illusion of more of a v-taper, they also make your arms look better all the way around.  We are nearing the end of the week, so don’t back off your intensity.  Give it all ya got!

intervals of 1 minute slow intensity, 1 minute high intensity
