CARDIO & MISCELLANEOUS DAY
Not the normal workout here. You will be doing cardio, forearms, abs and traps!
30 Minutes Moderate Resistance
(Rule of thumb: You should be able to carry on a conversation with the someone without being out of breath)
Dumbbell Wrist Curls (3 sets x 12-15 reps)
Reverse Dumbbell Wrist Curls (3 sets x 12-15 reps)
Wrist Rotations with Straight Bar (2 sets till failure)
Dumbbell Wrist Twists (3 sets x 12-15 reps)
Hanging Leg Raises (3 x 25)
Weighted Crunches (3 x 25)
Dumbbell Side Bends (3 x 25)
Barbell Shrugs (4 sets to failure)
