It’s time to get your back jacked and I have just the workout for you! We are halfway into the 10 Week Size and Strength Trainer, and I have created a great higher rep workout to get your back pumped!
This is one of the first workouts that I created that I had little to no modifying once I went through it myself. I usually create the workout, perform the workout and then change it to “perfect” it as YOUR final copy. This one was pretty much perfect right off the bat! It took me exactly an hour and 30 minutes to finish everything including the HIIT. It was a great combination of pump, power and a little bit of cardio.
Concentration is key! Clear your mind, concentrate and focus on the muscles being used, envision them growing and give it your 110%! Let’s go!
