Well here I am back again. I took some time off the website, but don’t think for a second that I have been taking it easy on the weights. Quite the contrary, in fact, as I have been killing it. My fitness journey with my dietician ending early, as apparently I was stressing her out too much with so many questions, misunderstandings and insecurities as I was losing weight to get cut. That is just fine, as I am back on my own and able to do what I want, when I want and how I want to do it!
Yesterday Bodybuilding.com starting their “All Access” program, which is a subscription service to make you pay for their training programs. Since I have always offered ABSOLUTELY FREE TRAINING PROGRAMS here at Bodyrat, it was motivation for me to start them up again. So without furthur ado, I am starting up a new trainer called the 10 Week Size and Strength Trainer. It will be a slow process of completing it, as I want to detail as much as possible to give you maximum results. This trainer is going to be the best trainer I have offered, as it will be simple yet extremely effective by combining both heavy days and light days.
Currently I’m weighing in at 185 pounds and probably around 13% bodyfat, down several pounds from where I was before but also down in bodyfat and more cut. My goal is to get to around 190 again, but this time be leaner and meaner.
I will do my best to keep you updated on my fitness journey, but will not have a ton of time between working out, my job, kids, girlfriend and all the other fun things that life has to offer. Until then, I will be working on the new trainer and you can start following it soon!
