I’m happy to announce that my 10 Week Size and Strength Trainer is nearly complete, at least as far as testing and performing all of the workouts! I will be finishing up the final workouts next week, but there is still a lot of work to be done!
All of the workouts in the 10 Week Size and Strength Trainer have been posted on the day that I perform them. Instead of waiting till the whole program is complete, I have been posting the workouts one by one on the day I perform them. This way you can start the trainer before it is complete, and I also welcome your feedback in the comments section along the way. It is possible that there will be some small changes before the whole program is complete and is considered a finished product. Please comment on the workouts you perform, and let me know your honest opinion. Did you get a great workout? Was it too much? Were some of the exercises not doing it for you? Was it confusing to perform? Any feedback, positive or negative, is welcome. The only way I can improve is from my follower’s feedback.
After I finish the final week, I will be going through the trainer one more time and performing all of the workouts starting at day #1. I am going to add more statistics, better instructions and tweak a few things. Eventually, I will be adding an exercise database, with instructions and videos on how to perform each exercise. That is way in the future, as this is just a fun hobby of mine, not a business and I don’t have a lot of extra time.
