I have tried literally hundreds of different exercise programs in the 25+ years that I have been working out, and decided to start writing my own workout routines. I originally started using my phone to jot down exercise programs, and then decided to log them on my computer. Then I thought to myself, why not create a website with all my workouts so I can easily access them? Then I decided, “What the hell. Let’s take it one step further and create free exercise programs and trainers on my website to share with the public!”. The rest is history and now I am creating free workouts that you can view on Bodyrat, and you can also submit your own!
So that brings us to my most recent trainer that I am extremely excited about. After months of work, the 10 Week Size and Strength Trainer is LIVE folks!!! I have gone through and performed every single workout just like you will be doing, made some modifications along the way, and now it’s your turn! Now, I am going through the trainer one more time, and there may be some slight modifications to the program. I am currently on Day #3 (which is a GRUELING leg day!). The reason I am going back through it is because it is a GREAT program, and I am also testing it to make the 10 Week Size and Strength Lite Trainer, which is a compact version of the original. The workouts are about 90 minutes in the original trainer (including warmup), and about 60 minute in the Lite version. Depending on the amount of time you have to workout, one should be perfect for you!
This trainer is NOT for beginners! These workouts are for advanced or at least semi-advanced lifters. They are fast pace, high volume grueling workouts, but if you have a slight sadistic side to pain by workout and you want to get jacked and don’t mind doing the work, then the 10 Week Size and Strength Trainer is for you!
