I did this workout a few hours ago, and let me tell you – it’s a very tiring, grueling chest workout. If you are looking for a great pump, this is an excellent choice for a chest workout. If you are afraid of pain though, then I recommend you find another website to get your workouts.

All of the chest exercises will are supersets. You will do a main excercise, then superset with a secondary exercise. For example, the first set of exercises starts with incline dumbbell chest press, and then immediately go over and start doing machine flyes. You should only rest for about a minute between the supersets, and then start your next one. It is exhausting as hell, but once it is all over, it will be well worth it!

Remember your mind-muscle connection as you are doing ALL of my workouts. It is SO important to connect your brain with your muscles. Put full concentration into the muscle being worked, and visualize your chest getting bigger and more defined as you are squeezing each rep. If your mind is in another place, you won’t reap the full benefits of these killer workouts.
