This has been one of the best workout weeks in the book.  Every single workout has been on fire and this chest workout is no exception!

The workout is a tad longer than the standard 1:30, and took me a few extra minutes to complete.  It was such a great workout though, that I did not want to remove anything from it.  Just keep up the pace and you should be able to complete it in 1:30.  As you can see, everything you will be doing will be super sets.  Lots of volume, lots of reps, and a tremendous pump!

Make sure you squeeze your chest together on such exercises as the machine flyes.  There is a big difference in just going through the motions, and concentrating on the muscle being worked.  In this case, at the end of each rep, you want to squeeze your pecs as tight as possible, to stimulate the muscle fibers as much as possible.  It is tougher and you may need to lower the weight, but trust me it will get you a better pump.

Are you ready to get rollin’!  Remember, nothing less than 110% is acceptable.  Let’s do it!
