If you are looking for a crazy chest pump, give this workout a try.  We are on day #54 of the 10 Week Size and Strength Trainer, and only two weeks to go!  You need to keep pushing and giving your 110% at all times.  These workouts are hard, but the results will be well worth your effort!

After warming up, you will be doing three grueling supersets in a row.  First superset is Hammer Strength Incline Chest Press coupled with Machine Flyes.  Up next is Hammer Strength Reverse Grip Chest Press couples with high cable crossovers, and lastly is kneeling landmine press coupled with pushups.  If you do not have Hammer Strength equipment at your gym, you can substitute either a Smith Machine or a standard chest machine.  For instance, on the Hammer Strength Incline Chest Press, you can use incline Smith Machine, a standard incline chest machine or even an incline Barbell Chest Press if you don’t have access to those.

After you fry your chest, it’s on to your triceps.  Start with the tricep extension machine, and then it will be a superset of overhead rope extensions coupled with rope pushdowns.  This combo gives a crazy pump!  Up next you will do supersets of Smith Machine Shrugs and dumbbell shrugs, and lastly your 10 minutes of HIIT.

Now that you know what to do, it’s time to get doing it!  Get your favorite pre-workout in for maximum intensity and give it your 110%!!!  It’s GO TIME!
