TRICEPS
Hammer Strength Tricep Pushdown (3 x 18)
Dumbbell Kickbacks (3 x 18)

SUPERSET
Triceps Pushdown w/Rope (3 x 18)
Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension (3 x Failure)

TRAPS
Dumbbell Shrugs (5 Sets x 15)
