  • LEG EXTENSIONS (Triple Drop Set 20,15,10 Reps)
  • LEG PRESS (6 Sets of 30,25,20,15,10,5 reps)
  • SQUAT MACHINE (4 sets of 15 reps – pause 2 seconds at bottom)
  • DUMBBELL LUNGES (2 sets of 15 steps per leg)

HAMS

  • SEATED LEG CURLS (4 sets of 20,15,10,10 reps)
  • LYING LEG CURLS (4 sets of 20,15,10,10 reps)

CALVES

  • CALF RAISES ON LEG PRESS (6 sets of 30,25,20,15,10,5 reps)

ABS

  • SUPERSET x 3 SETS
  1. Incline Crunches (Failure)
  2. Cable Crunches (Failure)
  • Hanging Leg Raises (3 sets to failure)
