Leg Extensions (Single Leg) (3 x 15)

HAMS
Standing Leg Curls (3 x 18)
Lying Leg Curls (2 x 18)

CALVES
Seated Calf Press (3 x 18)
Standing Calf Machine (2 x 18)

ABS
Decline Crunches (Weighted) (3 x 12)
Roman Chair Reverse Crunches (3 x 20)
