  • LEG EXTENSIONS (3 sets of 20 reps, plus 2 drop sets on final set)
  • MACHINE SQUATS (5 sets of 30,20,10,20,30 reps)
  • LEG PRESS (5 sets of 30,20,10,20,30 reps)

HAMS

  • LYING LEG CURLS (1 x 20 reps, 1 x 10 reps + dropset for 10 reps, 1 x 10 reps + 2 dropsets for 10 reps)
  • STANDING HAMSTRING CURLS (3 sets of 20,15,10 per leg)

CALVES

  • SEATED CALF RAISES (5 sets of 30,25,20,15,20,20 reps)
  • LEG PRESS CALF RAISES (5 sets of 30,25,20,15,20 reps)

UPPER ABS

  1. Incline Crunches (3 sets of 25,20,25)
  2. Cable Crunches (3 sets of 20,20,15)
