  • Hammer Strength Shoulder Press (5 sets of 25,20,15,10,5 reps)
  • Squat Press Shoulder Press (3 drop sets of 10 + 10 reps each)
  • Front Dumbbell Raises (4 sets of 20,15,10,8 reps)

SUPERSET x 3 SETS

  1. Dumbbell Bent Over Rear Delt Flyes over Incline Bench (3 sets of 15,15,15 reps)
  2. Reverse Pec Deck (3 sets of 15,15,15 reps)
  • Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raises (3 sets of 20,15,10 reps)
  • Standing Single Arm Dumbbell Lateral Raises (3 sets of 18,15,10 reps per arm)

TRAPS

LOWER ABS
