Feel like skipping the gym today? Go anyway!

We all have those times where we simply do not feel like exercising. It may be your tired, your mood or you simply just don’t feel like it. Not all of us love to exercise or want to go all the time. When you are feeling this way, the best thing to do is just go do it.
While it’s easier said than done, once you start your workout or whatever type of exercise you are doing, your body will release endorphins which alter your mood. Typically you will be more relaxed, content and actually have more energy after a light to moderate workout then if you didn’t go at all. Also, when you skip a planned workout, you are more prone to skipping future ones. So make no excuses and just get out there and go do it! Your body will thank you!
