Below you lies a grueling leg workout. You already hammered out calves yesterday, which will make the leg workout slightly shorter. There will be no cardio today, but you will definitely be getting cardio in these giant sets! Don’t worry though, tomorrow you will be right back doing cardio. This workout is extremely intense, and your heart rate will be up there in the fat burning zone, so no cardio will be necessary today. It’s the middle of the week, so don’t let your intensity slip. Remember to give your full concentration on the muscles being worked, and visualize them contracting and growing. Now go get you some!
