Are you ready to murder your legs?  Many people dread leg workouts, but hey – it’s all part of working out so you might as well learn to love it!  If you neglect to work out your legs, you are going to have a very disproportionate physique considering that your legs make up about half of your body.  This workout is really going to get you pumped, help you grow and probably make you sore. You will be starting with two long sets of lunges, so you will already be fatigued before your first real set, which is a superset! Can you handle the pain? Be sure to warm up well before starting this killer leg workout!
