Bodybuilding Pro Leg Day

Here’s a leg workout that I used and made some great gains. I switch it up every couple weeks and will be posting more workouts. Stay tuned!

EXERCISE 1
LEG EXTENSION
4 sets 8-10 reps

EXERCISE 2
BACK SQUAT
4 sets 8-10 reps

EXERCISE 3
LEG PRESS
4 sets 8-10 reps

EXERCISE 4
BARBELL HACK SQUAT
4 sets 8-10 reps

EXERCISE 5
SINGLE-LEG PRESS
4 sets 8-10reps

EXERCISE 6
LYING HAMSTRING CURL
4 sets 8-10 reps
