You will be pumped after doing this killer delt workout! This was the best workout I have had this entire week. I am feeling much better after being sick, and the workout is simply a knockout.
Remember on the high rep days, you will be taking less rest between sets. A good rule of thumb is to take about one minute rest between sets. You are not trying to lift maximum weight, and you should be more concerned with the pump. You don’t want to start losing your pump resting between sets!
