Man oh man! This was one of my favorite workouts so far! If you are ready to destroy every fiber in your delts, than this is a great workout for you!
Every single exercise you will be supersetting, which makes it a high volume workout and actually takes slightly less time than normal to finish. Don’t worry if you finish slightly early, as the amount of volume you are doing is more than enough to get your delts and biceps to grow.
I’m not gonna lie, I like the higher volume training better than the lower rep sets in terms of an overall workout. It’s fun to lift the heavier weight, though nothing gets me that “I just kicked ass” workout better than a killer high volume workout, followed by some HIIT! This workout is awesome!
Time to give it your 100% and leave it ALL in the gym!
